Catchy summer electro pop is all the rage now, with it being the start of summer and all, and Stereo Print are here so offer their help; a piece of soulful, sun-kissed, electronica with traces of funk that’s bound to get you in a mood to move.
London based Stereo Print are here with ‘Closer’. A piece of euro pop that’s crisp and richly produced, ‘Closer’ features haunting and low-key vocals, melodic and laidback. The vocals are varied too. From the main vocal part, to the processed, sampled bits of female ad-libs that provide a rich point of contrast, the battering, funk beats are heightened via a delicious piece of bass playing and a lush sounding funk rhythm guitar. The chilled vibes of ‘Closer’, seeping everywhere from its aforementioned instrumental parts to its soul progressions, make it a very sensual and flowing sound that would sound equally good being blasted at full volume in a club, or in your car during a nightly road trip.
Stereo Print’s summery helping of electronic funk and pop has gotten me all excited for all the upcoming road trips and days at the beach. A song that would get my body moving and my mood improving.
