The 11:29 mins EP is an intense emotional trip mainly led by Mason’s smooth voice, her fluid vocal melodies, and heartful lyrics. Starting the EP with the mellow tune “Magpie Heart”, Rachel Walker Mason used clean acoustic guitar chords, her warm voice, and a dynamic floating vocal melody to send a love letter to her husband appreciating his presence in her life.
2nd song “Pieces of You” is more upbeat with a more dynamic beat and mood.
