Juliette Jemm is a French-born, multicultural artist with a softness and talent like no other. Juliette was able to catch the audience’s attention with her tender voice and radiating colorful personality, making her previous release earlier this year: “Mirages blanc” reach over 17K streams on Spotify only. Last month, she released her 2nd single this year: “L’enfant qui dort en toi”; which translates to “The child who sleeps within you.”
The artist decided to return to her roots with this song; she ditched the city life and went back to where it all began, “Normandy”; the land of her ancestors and her grandparents. The song’s title is literal; it encourages you to connect with your inner child, listen to its voice, and overcome your fears and obstacles. A romantic song with a smooth musical structure and an effortless uplifting mood. It’ll surely leave you with an optimistic smile on your face and lots of positive energy. The song was co-produced with the Japanese composer Shohei Narabe and the French artist-producer Nampa. It was also co-written with Marinoeru, who is a French doctor In Japanese literature. And last, the visuals were made by the Turkish artist; Nilgün Özer. No wonder the artist collaborated with other artists of different backgrounds and heritages, given her years spent in Paris and Tokyo.
