The sophomore single from UK-based singer-songwriter Antonello Brunetti is a 10-minute journey down the path of spiritual healing entitled FLOW. The song and its accompanying music video both have scenes and sound samples from the crashing of waves, which is only one of the many relaxing elements here. The soft acoustic guitar fluidly progresses between the chords it plays. One of the sound samples that appear with the said guitar is a resonant and reverbed vocal line that adds to the whole feel of being in a nature camp or an outdoor group therapy session. These are the kind of sounds you can kick back and relax while playing with your earphones by the beach. The wonderful decision of making the piece in 432Hz also gave the track a fertile atmosphere for opening up to the forces of nature and taking them in with all their glory. I can easily say that the moment I played FLOW I instantly felt like time stopped and all background noises were shut. On my second and third listens I began to notice slight variations between the melodies that the guitars and synths are doing. If you need to get the effects of a deep meditation session without actually going to one, then I recommend listening to this track and making it lure you into its calming energy.
