Honoring her ancestors and their legacy, Mama Blue has released her single “Mother Of The Night” as a way to uphold and praise her lineage that comes from Smyrna.

Based in Athens, Greece, Mama Blue A.K.A. Kate is taking a futuristic approach to tell the world the stories of her ancestors…through pop/trap mixed with an ethnic Balkan melodic approach, Mama Blue is here to build her musical empire.

“Mother Of The Night” sounds very trendy, and current…but it also has very authentic Balkan voices, melodies, and instruments…like the duduk woodwind instrument…it fills the song and goes head to head with the new synth sounds and modern beats.

This mix creates something new, something we didn’t hear before…and from there, as Mama Blue told us, she will start from here and onward to build her musical empire…

…if she keeps creating new and fresh musical ideas she will have her empire in no time…the audience wants something new and she delivers.

The song also has big and fat-sounding 808s with strong beats…so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Wishing all the best to Mama Blue, we can’t wait to see what she comes up with next.

Cheers!
