Today I will be reviewing  Iceberg’s latest single from her upcoming self-produced EP “Can’t forgive me”. Iceberg is a London-based artist and producer, who toured the US and Europe multiple times before deciding on becoming a producer as well. Her single “Can’t forgive me” was recorded at Urchin & Flesh & Bone studios in London.

I couldn’t help but fall in love with her dreamy vocals in this song. The song put me in a dream-like state till the end. Adding piano to the song was an amazing choice, it gave the song an ethereal vibe. The piano and violins in the middle gave me literal goosebumps. It somehow made me feel nostalgic, sounded like a lullaby you would hear when you were young. The lyrics were diaphanous and you could not really group the song into one singular genre, you just can’t put it into one box, it just transcended genres.

All in all, I think the song was beautifully produced and created, and it is super impressive that all of that was done just by one person! I cannot wait for her EP to come out and it is sure to put her on the map.

“So In Love With You” is the latest release by Norwegian singer and songwriter K-Syran. Apart from being a musician, the multi-talented artist is a remarkable actress, author, director, and to top it off,  an active advocate for women’s rights.

“So In Love With You” is a song whose direct and only goal is to get us moving and energize us from the first few seconds with its explosive energy. It only takes the first 30 seconds of “Sweet Touch” to be drawn into its smooth, soft guitar and sonic crooning. This single is the latest release by the up-and-coming US rapper Trevour Amunga, an indie alternative R&B accompanied by hints of pop and sweet lyrics.

For Amunga, music is an outlet for life that helps him cope and complete his daily walk. In “Sweet Touch” he shares his feeling: “This world could’ve been more polite, an impression that it’s left on me disturbs my mind.”

The artist transitions seamlessly after the opening guitar notes to a rather odd melody, revealing a unique melodic movement of a multi-dimensional soundscape and dynamic vocal performance in the exquisite hook and beat of hip-hop, transforming it into a magical experience with its easy lyrics and simple melody.

The track at first glance represents feeling blue following an end of a bright good time whether a happy vacation from work, a good friendship, or a romantic relationship.

Hailing from a small town in Latvia, but based in London popstar Alleya releases her debut single “Navy Blue”.

The track is lit and a bit heavy given the fact that it’s a pop track, using snare drums and heavy bass lines gave “Navy Blue” an epic vibe with the vocal suffering signature of Alleya’s made it sound even more epic as if she was singing about a soldier who is trying to catch breaths after a fierce fight.

The lyrics are expressive, realistically uttered, clear-toned, and touching the state you’re in whenever a relationship collapsed, almost all of the planet has been there, Alleya’s angry tone was adequately delivered as if she was writing a straightforward letter to her EX while waiting for no response.

“Navy Blue” is using the sharp edgy tone of instruments expressing how sharp the vibe is within the track, and the vocal key is also aligned with the angry, epic vibe.

As epic as the echoes were applied to the vocal lines, too much of it was applied which sounded of less quality at some points through. 

A remarkable debut from Alleya makes us very passionate about future releases.

The Iranian-born, Dallas-based dazzling star, Shab, is proving that she’s not like anyone else; releasing a summery song that is more refreshing than summer itself. “Serenity” is a song that brings your favorite atmosphere to you, whether it’s thin, chilly air, warm sun rays, or a combination of both.

Canada-born, Dubai-based rising star Sofia Evangelina has released an I-got-you-song in which she explores the ambivalent feelings associated with falling in love despite having no desire to. Her relatable single, “Get Outta My Head,” is a fatty. It’s all on point and definitely going to stick in your head for a while.

It’s not easy to pick a starting point to write about when each individual element is mesmerizing! It’s all on-fleek, well-thought-of, and crafted skillfully to be combined in an alluring atmosphere.

“Get Outta My Head” kicks off with some mellow piano notes that put you instantly in the mood and get you swaying. The engaging R&B and Pop blend take you from slightly swaying to lightly flaying with all of your senses, organs, and sensations. The appealing arrangement gives off the impression that the rhythms are a group of waves intertwined together in unison to create a serene yet powerful and pleasant ambiance.

The song conveys the tussle of not wanting to fall in love but losing anyway. The lyrics mix the conflict emotions of resistance, fear, and pride with reality and dreams into one notion that’s impossible to get rid of.

Leaving the best for last, Sofia Evangelina’s ethereal voice. She has a wide vocal range with a sultry tone and an impressive, passionate performance that is breathtaking. Having a resemblance to Rihanna, Ariana Grande, and some Tori Kelly hints. Nevertheless, she doesn’t mirror anyone in the scene; she exudes an organic feel all her own.

It’s self-evident that Sofia Evangelina is an extraordinary musician with a rich, enticing voice that no matter what one says to it, “Get Outta My Head,” it won’t! It’s the kind of addiction you won’t wish a detoxication for.
